Ultrasuede® Announces 10-Year Limited Warranty

As part of our campaign to differentiate and identify Ultrasuede® at all selling points, Toray Ultrasuede (America), Inc. has announced an unprecedented program that warranties Ultrasuede® upholstery fabric for residential applications against material defects for 10 years. Warranty and care information will be included on a special hangtag that will accompany Ultrasuede®-upholstered furniture

"Because of Ultrasuede's resilience, returns are almost nonexistent," explains Richard Tobin, director of sales and marketing, furniture division, for Toray Ultrasuede. "We want retailers and consumers to understand the distinct advantages of using genuine Ultrasuede®. There are a lot of inferior products that try to imitate the look and feel of Ultrasuede® but fail miserably because they are based on completely different technology. As a result, they can never be anything like us."

Ultrasuede® resists stains, abrasion and fading. It is machine washable and dry cleanable. Most stains can be removed with soap and water.
